Services As laid down by its statutes, the LGA operates as a neutral, inde-pendent service provider for all kinds of businesses, as well as for private and public clients.The LGA's services mainly involve testing, consultancy, certification, as well as education and training. Individual departments' services are shown in the LGA's organisational chart. Environmental Management All resources necessary for the fulfilment of our services are treated with utmost carefulness in compliance with all relevant statutory regulations. Our suppliers were selected upon consideration of environmental aspects. The continual process of improvement is an integral part of our management system and contributes to our on-going competitiveness. Management system The LGA has a certified management system and accredited test laboratories.The management system is described in the LGA's management manual. Work is carried out on the basis of the management documentation, available to all employees, together with their specialized qualifications. Objectives of the management system The permanent objectives of the management system are the quality assurence of our services and to enhance the customer satisfaction. In addition, quality and environmental objectives are drawn up each year as part of the LGA's strategic planning and passed on to the operating divisions.
