In the context of a public-private partnership model, and subject to the agreement of the cartell authorities, TÜV Rheinland Holding AG is acquiring 49% of the shares in the LGA Beteiligungs GmbH, which comprises LGA Bautechnik GmbH, TÜV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH, LGA TrainConsult GmbH and LGA InterCert GmbH. read more
